Called to full ministry in 1980, J.D. Yelton is ordained by the Church of God.  Vicky is a Licensed Minister for the Church of God and they pastor Engleside Church of God in Alexandria, VA.  John is their miracle child.  He is instrumental in playing drums and running the sound equipment.  -  J.D. was saved in 1980 at Lincolnia Pentecostal Church in Alexandria.  At that time the full time ministry really started.  They have ministered in California, Oklahoma, Florida, New York and now in Virginia.  J.D. is known to his people as Big Daddy.  -  Vicky was saved on Oct 26th, 1963.  She started her own street ministry at that time.  She met J.D. at the Handy Market on Rt. 1 in Alexandria.  It was love at first sight.  He called her Sweet-Pea!  They married that year (1966).  -  John was born at Fairfax Hospital in 1987.  He was saved before the age of five and baptized ... so he claims to be a "Baptist".   -  They have worked for the Methodist Church, Pentecostal Holiness, Independent Assemblies and now have found their home with Church of God.  -  They pioneered Church of the Restorer in Alexandria in 1992.  Their first out of home meeting was Apr 15, 1993 at the Mt. Vernon Clubhouse.  In July, 1998 they took 51 souls into the Church of God at Lukens Lane, where they now serve.  -  Vicky is available for retreat, revivals and special services.  She has done workshops, weddings and special funerals around the US.  You will be blessed by the Sprit of the Lord at any service they are available.
